Total Body Boot Camp is a results-driven fitness program that runs 3 sessions per week, 60 minutes per session.  It will be conducted outside at Blue Ridge Park (at the gym during inclement weather), utilizing the most progressive, innovative and effective exercises in fitness.  The workouts include cardiovascular, endurance, resistance, balance, flexibility and strength training. 

 

Fitness assessments and measurements will be performed at the beginning and end of the program. Weigh-ins will take place in two week intervals.  We will meet at Unique Physique Gym, 14085 S. Main @ Hillcroft, Houston, TX  77035, on Tuesday, July 8th at 6:00 p.m. for measurements and assessments.  Thereafter, workouts will be held at Blue Ridge Park, Court Road @ S. Post Oak Rd. (Next to Christa McAuliffe Middle School).  During inclement weather, workouts will be held at Unique Physique Gym.  The fee is $8.00 per visit if you are not a member.

 

You will need: cross training or running shoes, sports bra, weight gloves, a mat, towel, water, a pair of dumbbells (3 lb. or 5 lb.), comfortable clothing and sunscreen.
