Shrimp & Catfish DeLish Dish

1 – 2 Catfish Fillet(s)
Lemon Pepper
¼ c. shrimp (optional)
¼ c. crab meat (optional)
Red & green bell pepper cut into thin strips
Cajun seasoning
Zesty Italian Dressing

Preheat oven 380°.  Line a baking dish with foil, leave enough to cover and seal the dish.  Place the fish skin side down, a few shakes of lemon pepper, add shrimp and crab on top of fish.  (Mmmmmm so good.)  Place thin sliced pepper strips crisscross over your DeLish masterpiece.  Sprinkle Cajun seasoning to your taste and drizzle Italian dressing over the whole fish combo.  Seal the dish with foil.  Bake for approx. 20 minutes.
