A ROUTINE THAT WORKS!  

Developing lean muscle kicks your metabolism into high gear and creates a calorie burning machine.

  • Eat 5-6 small meals a day.  Eat a small breakfast within an hour after waking up.
  • Drink 6-8 glasses of water a day.
  • Get plenty of rest.  
  • Cardio or aerobic exercise is a must.  You have to burn the fat so you can see the muscle.
  • Strength or Resistance Training:  You should train each muscle between 1 and 3 times a week.
  • Flexibility.  You must stretch after warming up and after your workout.  This will reduce soreness.
